Feminature Uganda would like to invite interested candidates who must qualify by meeting the set criteria as provided by Feminature to perform the contract of supply and delivery or provision of goods and services to Feminature Uganda
Pre-qualification objective
The main objective is to supply and deliver assorted items and provide services to Feminature Uganda as and when required in subsequent periods.
Invitation of pre-qualification
Duly registered suppliers under the laws of Uganda with respect to goods and services are invited to submit their pre-qualification documents to Feminature Uganda to be prequalified for submission of quotations whenever required. The prospective suppliers are required to supply mandatory information for prequalification.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- You are requested to provide particulars as indicated in this document as accurately as possible, and where the space provided is not sufficient, please use a separate sheet of paper and attach it to this.
- Feminature Uganda attaches great importance to correct information If the information given is found to be incorrect in any respect, the applicant may be rendered ineligible for prequalification.
- Feminature Uganda reserves the right to visit and inspect the business premises of all applicants to verify the information

- This prequalification document is eligible for up to five (5) lots, which should be clearly written in the Cover Letter.
- Your prequalification documents should be properly bound, filled and page Feminature shall not be responsible for the loss of documents not bound (loose) for hand delivered documents. Make sure to register the delivery of your EOI at the Feminature office.
- Feminature Uganda will communicate the outcome of the prequalification exercise to the applicants on the Feminature notice board, applicant email, and/or the organisation website (https://www.feminature.org/) 21–30 days after the deadline for Additional delays will be communicated via our website and X account.
