Our Feminist Nature

know us More

Feminature Uganda is an indigenous, women-led eco-feminist organisation dedicated to fostering a just, resilient, and equal world. We operate at the vibrant intersection of gender justice, environmental justice and climate action, livelihood, Sexual Reproductive Health Rights & Community Health, Peace & Migration and digital rights.

As a dynamic movement-building organisation, we believe that true transformation happens from the ground up. We work hand-in-hand with both refugee and host communities, bridging divides and equipping grassroots women, girls, and youth with the agency, tools, and leadership capacity to shape their own destinies. Based in West Nile and stretching our impact across Uganda, we are shifting narratives, challenging unequal power structures, and ensuring no one is left behind.

our core values

03.

We seek and commit to understand how we can best support each other and make choices that align our partners goals with our own.

04.

We continuously aspire to enhance performance through improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, strategic positioning and outcomes of our interventions

05.

We acknowledge and embrace our individual differences and divergent voices and opinions as our unifiers

06.

We lead through empathy, equity, and collaboration, sharing power and dismantling hierarchies to uplift collective wisdom and voices.
